All lessons are booked via full payment either by booking directly online here or over the phone with us. We email lesson confirmations at the time of booking with a reminder 3 days prior to your lesson date. Your lesson is confirmed and happening unless you hear from us. We assume we will have wind for every lesson because often we get wind when no one else does!
WHAT IF THE WIND LOOKS BAD OR NO WIND AT ALL?
If wind looks questionable for your lesson time, we will do our best to call you 1 1/2 hours before your lesson time to push back or reschedule. That said, weather is unpredictable, so sometimes the wind can come up or die without notice. We watch the wind very carefully and analyze it for you to get the best out of it. We will not run a lesson if we think 1) there's not enough wind for you to progress or 2) there is too much wind to run a lesson safely. We may sometimes call and ask if you can be flexible to fit the wind schedule. Thank you for being flexible!
- ...must be made 48 hours prior to your lesson without charge.
- ...within 48 hours of lesson incur a $100 fee from the lesson total.
- No-shows cost the lesson, so make sure you can come or call to cancel 2 days in advance!
refunds / CREDITS:
It's ok! We happily issue 100% credit for unused lessons. Lesson credits are transferable and can be used up to the following summer season. If you would prefer a refund instead, we can issue you a refund for the amount of your lesson minus a $15 admin fee that same year. If you would like to use your lesson credits past one year, there is a $25 reactivation fee + any price difference of the lessons.
