CKB Approved for Hood River school location!

CKB is now the only kiteboarding school in the Gorge with two locations! CKB was approved January 15, 2010 by the Port of Hood River kiteboarding school selection committee based on a points system and proposal process.

We are evaluating sites and logistical requirements for the school's location in Hood River. CKB will continue to  maintain the highest in lesson standards, so we're exploring multiple options for how to best serve our students and provide the best lesson experience!

We will continue to run ALL water lessons with a jet ski for instruction safety and support. We will also continue to use the HeadZone radio-controlled helmets for all lessons. Cascade Kiteboarding is the only school in the Northwest that uses both jet ski support and radio-helmet instruction.

I can't believe I found this post. I am going kiteboarding for the first time ever with my husband, but I want to take some lessons first. Can someone give me directions to this place? Thanks

Wish I had the time to go kiteboarding and reading this post has made me even more eager. Thanks for all the inspiration, I'll try to take out some time for a memorable kiteboarding. ooma
